The Under the Pier Show – A Talk by Tim Hunkin
Tim Hunkin
Tim Hunkin is an engineer, broadcaster, cartoonist and sculpture. He is most famous for penny arcade machines with a difference at the “Under the Pier Show” Southwold in Suffolk. His television work on “The Secret Life Of Machines” in the late 80s early 90s is exceedingly watchable and inspirational.
If you don’t know Tim through his work on mechanical clocks, you might recognise the large inflatable pig he made for the Pink Ffloyd album Animals.
